About Me

I am an integrative counsellor, couples counsellor and psychosexual therapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your unique needs. My work is grounded in a relational approach — I believe that healing happens through genuine connection, safety, and understanding.

I also offer casework supervision to qualified counsellors
I work with adults (18+) and offer both short and long-term therapy.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and care to our sessions, and I welcome you just as you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is integrative counselling?

I draw on a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to you — including person-centred, psychodynamic, systemic, CBT, and relational therapy. This means we work in a way that feels supportive, flexible, and personal.

What kinds of issues can counselling help with?

I work with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, trauma, loss, and general feelings of overwhelm or disconnection.

How many sessions will I need?

Some clients come for short-term therapy (6–12 sessions), while others choose longer-term work. We’ll decide together what suits you best.

Is counselling confidential?

Yes — everything shared is confidential, except in rare cases where there’s a risk of serious harm. I’ll explain this clearly in our first session.

What happens in the first session?

We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit beyond that.

Do you offer evening or remote sessions?

Yes — I offer online and some evening sessions. Please contact me for current availability.

What if I’ve had therapy before and it didn’t help?

That’s okay. Therapy is different with each person. We can talk about what didn’t work before and what you hope for now.
